Students may pick up their marching uniform any day next week.
A reminder that the concert uniform must be solid black from the waist down, this includes black shoes, black socks, black nylons.

11:30 Bus leaves for Perry (this is for Wind Symphony AND Symphony Band)
2:00 Symphony Band students arrive-report to the cafeteria
2:10 Symphony Band percussion unload trailer
2:15 Symphony Band moves to coat room
2:45 Symphony Band warm-up
3:10 Symphony Band performance
3:35 Symphony Band sight-reading
4:00 Symphony Band dismissed
3:30 Wind Symphony students arrive-report to cafeteria
3:50 Wind Symphony moves to coat room
4:20 Wind Symphony warm-up
4:50 Wind Symphony performance
5:20 Wind Symphony sight-reading
5:45 Wind Symphony percussion load trailer
6:00 Wind Symphony dismissed
8:30 Bus arrives at Central
*The bus will be stopping on the way there and on the way back for food.
Sunday, March 17
8:00-11:00 All students that did not pick up their marching uniform can do so at this time.
10:00 Unload trailer with concert percussion/load trailer with marching instruments
-If you want something on the trailer you need to put it on there yourself or make arrangements for someone else to load your equipment. No one, absolutely NO ONE will run back to the school to get your instrument, hat, or anything else that you forgot or did not make arrangements for!
1:30 All CHS students report to the corner of Center and Green (Temple of Israel parking lot)
Students must have their flip folder with music.
1:45 Attendance and rehearsal
2:00 Parade begins
Students will be dismissed from the end of the parade at the Delta Planetarium, they will then have 1 hour from that time to return their marching uniforms to the band room in order to receive credit for the performance. You may have someone else drop off your uniform if it is easier for you.
