Here is a schedule of events from now until the end of the year.

Sunday, May 21, 2:00, Jazz Lab Concert @ State Theatre, dress up, report at 1:45, free and open to the public

Sunday, May 21, 5:30-7:30, Senior Shadow Boxes, 1^st floor staff lounge

 

Monday, May 22, 8:00 Spring Band Concert in BCC Auditorium

 

Wednesday, May 31, during school day, Central Air performance for BAISD Living & Learning Center

 

Wednesday, May 31, 6:30 Band Banquet, BCC Cafe

     *Boosters provide plates & silverware

     *Bring your own beverage

      *Bring a dish to pass that will serve 20 (please be generous, remember we are feeding teenagers)

          *Freshmen-Meat

          *Sophomores-Hot Dish

          *Juniors-Cold Dish

          *Seniors-Dessert

     *No cost for the banquet-bring your family!

 

Thursday, June 1, 7:00 Central Air Jazz Concert, BCC Band Room

 

Friday, June 2, Band Camp Payments Due

 

Sunday, June 11, 1:00 Report, Graduation Ceremony

     *Report at 1:00

     *Wear band polo & khakis (freshmen have not received their band polos yet-they will have them in time)

     *All band students are combined for a mass performance at graduation and we rehearse before the ceremony.

     *Students will receive a 30 minute break to get food around 2:30

     *Bring water and sunscreen!!!

     *This is the final exam grade for all band students. If your student cannot make it on Sunday, June 11 please let me know by June 2 so we can make sure all the parts are covered and arrangements can be made for an alternate exam.

      *Students still need to report to the scheduled exam time on Wednesday, June 14

 

Thursday, June 15, 5am-Midnight, Cedar Point Trip

     *Students will receive information by the end of this week about the trip.
